All past and future entries are now limited to people on my Friends list. Please leave a comment if you'd like to read (it's probably a good idea to tell me who you are).
The Bad:
*Sunday featured a random conference call with the mother and the sibling, who have taken it upon themselves to plan how my husband and I will buy a car (and want us to spend at least 4-5 grand more than we were planning on).
*In the middle of said call, I burst into tears, because I have a fuck ton to take care of before residency and because I feel caught between an overbearing mother and the husband she doesn't like/know.
*An hour after that call, my sister calls to "explain". Exciting revelations include "Mom sees you as a new version of her, so you've always had more pressure". My sister clearly sees into our souls.
*Later that night, after not being able to do any homework, a headache that sorta feels like a migraine but is probably sinus pressure combined with dehydration hits.
The Good:
*The husband returned from a birthday party at the club with a plate of cake.
*He bought me a cheeseburger and took me on a walk.
*He covered the bingo shift I had last night so I could sleep.
*This morning he calls to say that his boss found a paycheck from OCTOBER (I knew we were short for a class or two, since the mileage felt low when we did taxes), which is sizeable and will soon be in the bank.
Moral of the Story:
Family still crazy. AK still awesome.
*An understanding
